## Stansted Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
App doesn’t work with last flight departures shown from 2023!!
-- crjohnson1981, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Out dated & broken app, don’t bother"
Broken since Sept 2023!!!!!!!
-- Zaph0d99, 2024-08-02

### *---- "No flight information"
Only reason to use this app is to get flight information.
Yet, the ‘live departures’ option does not work at all. It gives no results what so ever when using flight number or destination.
-- MeinHL, 2023-08-23

### *---- "Absolute Garbage"
This app never worked well in the first place. It has never been updated. For being promoted as one of London’s premier airports not having an app that works finishes that somewhat! The website is not much better
-- Taximan Ronnie, 2023-07-23

### **--- "Useful App, but could do with updating."
Purchased a Stansted Express return ticket using the App. It generates a PDF Copy of the tickets, rather an electronic tickets (eg like Trainline).

After a while the tickets expired and I could not access them, even though the return ticket had not been used.

Caused major confusion on the date of travel.

The app should ideally be updated.
-- MustardDrum, 2022-08-26

### *---- "Misleading"
The app does not work properly. Flight arrivals and departures inoperative. Some details incorrectly stated. No Covid information. Don’t waste time with this app.
-- £'k, 2021-10-24

### *---- "Complete piece of crap"
Stopped working years ago and still not showing anything, I have no idea why Stansted still keeps it in App Store as it’s useless space wasting time consuming piece of crap.!
It’s not deserving even one star rating!
-- V.B. Apple, 2021-10-22

### *---- "Rubbish!"
The app doesn’t work! The simplest of tasks of checking arrivals and departures function is not showing any flights! How can the management team of such a busy airport miss this?
-- Tan O, 2020-09-08

### *---- "No gate numbers"
As title says
-- Dward30, 2019-08-04

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Carpark booking just errors out
-- Puppington, 2019-07-15
