I’m not getting proper claims due to the agent, venkat reddy from Dilshuknagar branch, Hyderabad. He will not respond when we need the claims but normally he will reply everything and he speaks very rude during the time of clims very horrible behaviour I have seen during the claim time which I never expected from him and the company side. 
The claim has to do on the automatic on the policy basis but here in star health I found it is manual process, which is very bad and needs to call to the agent and request every time.

FRUSTRATING…
The claim settlement is the worst. I run the policy for 2 years and still struggling from 4 months for a small amount claimed first time. They will just keep throwing you for the new requirement every time from different departments. There is No real use of this app, you will be asked for original documents with new requirements every time and you will end up by wasting your worthy time more than the claim amount.
