App not finding printers
Our printers were doing a great job up until the moment Star Micronics forced us to move from the TSP100III Utility App to the Star Quick Setup Utility App. We are now unable to print any receipt in store via Shopify POS as the new app does not connect to the printer. We have checked and made sure that it is not a network issue. This is clearly the new app that was not tested properly before being launched. How do you expect a business to operate?
