Always good value food

Why is there no Apple Pay option?

Registering took too long and I couldn’t order right away without having to work through mobile app and mobile web

My daughter told me to get the app and load it on my phone me being a senior citizen. I’m always skeptical on this, but it seemed to work flawless. I walked into a Starbird and I got $10 off of my order because I took a picture of my last purchase receipt and it worked flawlessly good to go Starbird.

I find the App confusing & too restrictive for what I prefer. Personnel at location is wonderful.

You need Apple Pay

Imagine spending all this time on slow animations and not adding Apple Pay

The app appears to be a minimal wrapper around their standard website but with a few slow intro animations to try to capture more customer data. Honestly, just use the website. It has all the same features and both miss the most obvious feature for a quick order - Apple Pay support. It’s wild how far off basic expectation they landed here. No wonder everyone uses DoorDash.

App has terrible account system

My wife and I have the same credit card and it won’t let us make our own accounts. There is no way to make a new account either as uninstalling the app does not reset the onboarding experience. No Apple Pay. It insists on making an account which should not be required for ordering some food for pickup. Also the French fries are terrible. The salad is decent though

App forces a 15% tip online orders

I don’t think I should be forced to tip 15% on a take out order. I couldn’t figure out how to remove the 15% tip so I didn’t order.
