***Do anyone at Starbucks actually read these reviews? Surely it can’t be that hard to have a coffee app that works? Cannot sign up for Starbucks rewards. Contacted the customer service, they suggested deleting and reinstalling the app. Did that, we’re back to the same problem. Useless!
Furthermore maybe for those people who can’t seem to use the app, you could provide a physical coffee rewards card to use. I asked staff at a local store if they had one and simply got told to download the app, which I promptly said it doesn’t work, the staff member couldn’t have cared less really.
Further update on this review 26/12… I have a new phone, still doesn’t work for Starbucks rewards! So it’s not me, it’s you Starbucks!!!! Won’t be ordering a coffee until you fix the app. Enjoying my $5 drink of the week at The Coffee Club instead!

I can’t even register an account, it says that something went wrong and to contact support. It has done this ever since I got the app months ago. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works, I just can’t sign up for it and it makes me not want to go to Starbucks and instead just go to another cafe with more reasonable prices and an actually functional reward system.

I use the Starbucks app daily for online ordering but the rewards function has an error. When I try to redeem any reward the app closes down. Conveniently for Starbucks this means I cannot redeem any of my rewards for online orders - including online order only rewards. Please fix!!

Had the app in the past but for some reason always had errors when signing up to membership so deleted it, because what use does it have otherwise. Re-installed almost a year later thinking maybe it’s been fixed and instead it’s worse than before.
