Starbucks kennt keine Welt ausserhalb der USA
Die App funktioniert nur in Deutschland - in der EU also völlig wertlos.
Laden nicht möglich
Ich versuche nun, seit mehreren Wochen die App auf mein Handy zu laden, iPhone 15 Pro Max. Es ist nicht möglich. Permanent kommt eine Fehlermeldung. Was soll ich damit anfangen?
Rewards
Ich wollte letztens mein Geburtstags frei Getränkt einlösen, mir wurden aber stattdessen die punkte abgezogen. Die Mitarbeiter mussten erst zu dritt diskutieren wie man es richtig machen soll. Starbucks, macht da mal was. Ich wollte meine Punkte noch nicht einlösen!
Neuer Starbucks in Braunschweig
Seit 12/2024 gibt es eine neue Filiale in Braunschweig. Leider ist die Filiale nicht in der Starbucks App gelistet. Ich hoffe, dass dies bald behoben wird.
Funktioniert
An sich gut, allerdings funktioniert nur 1 x pro Tag offensichtlich. Jedes Mal wenn die App noch einmal später am selben Tag nutzen möchte erkennt die Kasse die App nicht mehr, auch Sterne gibt es dann nicht mehr.. Wirklich jedes Mal..
Fehler bitte beheben
Soweit ist die App super. Aber seit einiger Zeit kann ich keine Nachrichten lesen. Es word angezeigt und ich kann sie öffnen. Aber der Inhalt wird nicht angezeigt. Iphone 15 pro max. neustes IOS

I can’t paste credit card!

Guthaben wird über Tage nicht aktualisiert und so weiß man gar nicht wieviel Geld drauf ist! Funktioniert nicht im Ausland! Insgesamt fehlen viele Funktionen.
Apple Wallet
App does what it’s supposed to do, but please re-add Apple Wallet support for easier access and to use with the Apple Watch.
