Good, but...
I like the app. Use it all the time... too much probably. The local Baristas are starting to no my name. I love that when I redeem stars that it goes to the most expensive drink. Thank you. That is greatly appreciated; many businesses do the opposite. I do have a couple of ... umm ... Issues? Requests? Both?
The issue I have that bothers me the most is finding a drink I love, but finding out it was considered “seasonal”. As winter faded into spring, my new “go to favourite” for both myself and my granddaughter, went from an already pricey drink at about $5 per, can now be modified from something similar, but is an expensive treat at over $8 a drink. That’s a lot for a nice coffee. I am going to have to cut back a lot on coffee treats. Once it’s on the menu, can’t you leave it on the menu even if you are not promoting it, especially if the ingredients are part of the stores’ year round inventory?
Haunted balance
Jan 1 and 2 - had a gift card transferred to app in store Southglen branch Winnipeg. App balance then started jumping around - accurate, then about 7 bucks down when I had made no purchase. Hence low score.

AUTO RELOAD MONEY
I have to auto reload more money on the card in order for me to buy drinks. It’s disgusting. How It force you to PAY MORE THAN THE DRINK!
Keeps Logging me Out
The app might work for a day or two and then the next day the app will not load. Close the app from the frozen screen, failure to load, and then you need to log in all over again. Extremely frustrating.
