This is the worst drink ordering app in Malaysia. It is built with the least features and user-ability which gives you the worst experience with the intention to forfeit all your money if you happen to forget you still have money in the app. 

It doesn’t have the feature to show you the date you put in the money and the expiry of it. And no reminder by the app or on emails whatsoever. They purposely hide these info hoping you forget and quietly forfeit all your credits. 

Utterly dumb app Starbucks Malaysia. Cheaters. Your franchise in Malaysia will soon phase out. We don’t need scamming companies that cheat consumers.
