Over the last few months the App just hangs and treats you like a brand new member which means you cannot access your funds or rewards. It is getting really embarrassing arriving to Starbucks and not being able to access my funds or rewards. I use an iPhone 15 pro and my wife uses an iPhone 11. Same issue. Please please fix this issue as my funds are inaccessible and therefore now having to use Mastercard instead.

The most waste of time app & rewards program EVER been created. With plenty coffee shops around stop visiting that establishment for good

Great app, works how it should, but it won’t let me log in on my iPhone (it’s a new one so I assume it would’ve been fine), hope this can get fixed at some point

Coffee is average, over priced and this company supports the murder of innocent Palestines. SHAME

Worst experience using this starbucks App! Cannot understand why they even have a Starbucks NZ app when it doesn't even load maps to locate store or the menu to place an order and if it does it takes forever to load anything! And you cannot order online while customizing any drinks! And when u order in store they just don't get it what we want! It's crazy! I think they need training the way starbucks employees of USA are trained!

starbucks is terrible, i ordered a lemon passion tea and they gave me a cup of palestinian blood instead??

Awful and unusable

Please update the app so that it doesn't automatically sign you out of your account all of the time. It's annoying having to sign back in multiple times, cheers.

I placed my order and paid via the app. Waited 20 minutes in store only to find out they have not received anything on their end. No response from app team to get a refund.

Same frustrations as other one star reviews. Why have limited time offers when they’re unavailable through the app?
