At this day and age, you’d think that having an app would be convenient but sadly, this app doesnt even make the cut. Basically, I end up using the app just to avoid using a physical card to load and have stars. If these items listed below are added/fixed, I’d rate higher/better: 1. No biometric log-in option 2. The “keep me logged in” feature doesnt work AT ALL (I keep getting logged out after a few weeks) 3. Lacks customization on drinks (e.g., extra shot/pump, milk options, etc.)

My first transaction in using the Grab app stars was posted but 3 consecutive order the stars and stickers were not posted. Please fix this issue.

I cash in from starbucks app using ewallet, but the balance is not reflected until now. But my ewallet been deducted

They are not crediting the stars I am earning from the Grab app delivery

It isn't true that you'll somehow earn star if you order from grab to sb. Even if you followed the given instruction which enabling your sb membership to grab app. Not nice at all!

I’m not able to see my star activity history. I’ve been using the app to pay for my purchases and yet I can’t seem to see my transaction history. Please fix!

There’s a bug in the app.

This app really is unreliable. Two consecutive days I ordered via Grabfood, the transactions have not appeared on the starbucks app. No stars, no stickers. I felt like cheated. Since the first time I use this app, only my first transaction with Grab appeared in it. I even called customer service, super hassle, until I just give up.

I have a card linked to this app for so long with credits and earned stars. After the update, no more card linked to the app and my credits and load were gone. App is crap.

Locked immediately after downloading the app and registering my account details.
