The Starbucks app has become incredibly frustrating to use. It frequently crashes and often gets stuck on the cover page without loading. Additionally, I’ve experienced issues with the app crashing when trying to place orders for bulk orders. When I attempt to contact the store directly to resolve this, no one answers the phone, making the situation even more inconvenient!

Not fair for top up to be set in denominations of $10. It always has balances left even if we prefer not to use the app. Are we able to get balance refund back? Kinda cheating your customer’s money.

It's so stupid that you can only top up your card in denominations of 10. You're clearly trying to get us to spend more by making sure the card cant completely pay out and have leftover amount. Stupid. Very scummy but what do you expect from a brand that supports genocide.

Time: 2:50pm
This little lady is rude to the core. I waited at the counter yet no one want to serve. Then i ask this lady in picture some questions about the promotion on the store. I stood at the left counter and she walk towards the right counter and point fingers direct me with very rude attitude. This is very unacceptable. Ive been a customer at PLQ Starbucks for a very good few months. 
I demand an apology from here via email or in person.
