I can’t see my rewards, it’s been close to a month now and I always use the app

If the app requires an update and you have loaded funds in your virtual card, best not update it. Naive me updated it and I could not log in for more than 3 months. Zero service from Starbucks SA head office (Rand Capital Coffee & customer service email) despite numerous emails asking for assistance. Eventually after my login issue was resolved, all my funds had been wiped out. Now they’re ignoring my plea to return my funds. PATHETIC.

Says email is incorrect then when I change it errors on errors been like this for a while bad experience

This whole year (2023) I have been trying to sign in and it says “something has gone wrong.” For. The. Whole. Year.

I really don’t Iike the new update. I have money in my Starbucks account and I can’t access it. Even after trying to sign in and say forgot password, it doesn't send the email for verification to reset password. I’m so upset.

Last App worked. But ever since this new app came out I have had nothing but trouble.

The payment app doesn’t allow you to add a top and the service is so great you want to tip

I have tried adding 2 credit cards on more than one occasion and different times. Each time the app is happy to take the R10 but then the process fails, asking you to retry. I think I will give up and stick to Vida coffee in future - their app just works.

Not impressed!!! Since your upgrade I’ve been locked out and looks like I’m not getting my rewards or the money in the app back.
