Order in app
Can you please add a feature to order through the app people can choose their favorite stores? It shows always the map and I have to type the store location even though I have my regular store set!
Useless, have to order in person.
It says I have to order in person. Even though at the store there is an advertisement to download the app and order online. Ridiculous.
Doesn’t let you log in
I’ve registered an account, even logged in on the website, but on the app it keeps giving me the “something went wrong” error. What the heck? The credentials are correct, why won’t it let me in? The support team doesn’t reply either

Nutzlos und Kontolöschung umständlich
Man muss 100 Franken ausgeben, um ein Gratisgetränk zu erhalten. Damit sich das lohnt, muss man schon ziemlich süchtig sein. Will ich mein Konto löschen, lotst mich der Button aus der App auf eine externe Website, die wiederum voller FAQ ist und ma sich schliesslich durch den Content suchen muss, nur um dann zu erfahren, dass man darauf eine E-Mail senden muss, der zuerst einen Verifizierungsvorgang in Gang setzt, der innerhalb von 30 Tagen durchgeführt sein soll, aber auch nur vielleicht! Das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit, zeugt von Inkompetenz (oder Unwillen) einen einfachen, authentischen und schnellen Prozess zu implementieren. Schande!

App ist mühsam und schwierig zu bedienen. Passt man ein Produkt an, muss man es verwerfen, nachdem es im Einkaufswagen war. Man kann keine Standardprodukte speichern oder Einsteellungen vornehmen, wie z. B. bevorzugte Milch. Fehlermeldung bei fehlendem Produkte kann man nicht lesen. Wählt man das Produkt an, erscheint keine Fehlermeldung und Produkt kann trotzdem in den Wagen gelegt werden. Erst an der Kasse erscheint Meldung wieder und man muss Produkt dann entfernen. Für Zahlungen muss man Geld aufladen und kann Betrag nicht selber auswählen.
App funktioniert nicht
