You can unlock faster rewards with more choices by taking advantage of our tiered rewards program. Keep track of your Stars and check your membership level anytime.

Here’s how it works:
- You will now get 10 Stars for every £1 spent
- Get a free drink from a little at 130 Stars, or save those Stars for food, a wider range of drinks or even selected merchandise.
- At 2500 Stars, you've reached Gold Level. Gold members get 1 extra syrup or topping, an extra shot, dairy alternative and whipped cream on the house. And enjoy a Birthday drink on us too!

I’ve been using this app for a long time and it really useful for checking the menu for new drinks and collecting stars to make your way up to claim a free drink. My only problem with this app is sometimes I dont receive my stars. A spent a lot of money at starbucks a week ago (I should’ve gotten enough stars to claim a free drink) but i haven’t gotten my stars which is very melancholy😣 I tried contacting customer service but I haven’t gotten a reply at all! I want my stars!!!!!😤

As a gold member for member for many years now it’s shocking that such a giant as the most useless app. The more that gets updated the more breaks, every time I open the app I have to log in. Why can’t we have an Apple wallet card.

### **--- "Turn off VPN to order and log in"
Following the update, I was unable to log in or place orders. Despite customer service telling me to all sorts of fixes (uninstall app, password resets etc), which didn’t work, I finally figured the issue out myself. The problem stemmed from my third party VPN on my phone (NordVPN). When I turned this off, I was able to log into the app and place orders again. I just need to remember to turn off the VPN every time I place an order and it then works fine.

I deleted my payment card from the app but the card number remains visible on the scan and pay screen. Even if I delete and reinstall the app. This bug has existed for at just 2 years not. I want my card number removed from the app!
