Cannot reach support to ask if there is a feature I am looking for but missing. Specifically, when you take a measurement, it provides you a lot of detail as you see in the preview photos above however, when you take a new measurement and see the new data, you cannot go back in history and view The same data to compare all the values. It only provides a couple historical numbers, such as weight, BMI… it would be so helpful to be able to compare specific body areas overtime. This seems like an easy improvement to make. I like how you provide a definition of each of the data element that you collect however, I am confused by, for example, several data elements pertaining to abdominal and visceral fat. Some are in percentage and some are in pounds and they do not equal up if you factor in all the other areas in their respective percentage percentages or pounds. In other words, I feel like I am getting different readings for the same body area. I think perhaps a better explanation on the distinction between the data elements, as well as just the definition of the data element provided. Thank you. I will continue to use this daily and I hope you will consider my improvement regarding history I also agree with the other person’s recommendation for enhanced chart features. Also to his point about accuracy of data, there are no commercial scales that can accurately measure most of these data points. However, regardless, if they are not accurate, it gives me something to compare against each day, so if my fat percentage, although in accurate, trends down overtime, I may not know exactly what my fat percentage is, but I can reasonably assume my overall fat percentage is decreasing. I bought this scale on Amazon and naturally this app came along with it. The price was unbeatable. In the app, I love how it shows the breakdown for muscle rate percentage, body fat percentage, visceral fat, protein, and body age (which is scary lol). I don’t know how accurate these percentages are but one thing I do know is that I’m not obese. I am 5’4” and 126 lbs and it is showing my obesity level is “Standard” and my body size is “plump”. It also says my subcutaneous fat is high 18.7%, which may be true but it is hard to believe the rest of the stats when it is showing that I am plump and standardly obese. -- Alice Matta, 2024-11-12 ### *---- "Junk App. Returning the scale." So, seems like every day or every other day the app makes you log back in and agree to the terms by making a selection. When I’m trying to get ready for my day the last thing I need is a poorly programmed app that wastes my time signing in. Then, if you use Fitbit, you have to sign in every time you sign into Starfit therefore, every day or every other day I’m signing into apps twice and it’s annoying. It would be great if I could see separate charts for limbs and truck muscle/fat progress. It used to be when you clicked on year you could see how your weight has changed over multiple years. Now it just shows your weight for the current year. I used to feel very encouraged when I scrolled back in time to see improvements in my weight, etc. I wish you would go back to how it used to be.
