Annoyed that I PAID 4.99 for a list of 20 (very simple) excercises.

The Bosu Ball come alive

I used the BOSU to improve my balance, which it did. Now, wow, with these exercises, expertly taught in video, I am REALLY getting a value from my bosu. Together with my TRX workout, and weight training, I am, at age 80, really staying in great shape. And isn’t that what we should all seek... staying healthy! And yes, I rely on the VT Suspension app... even though I am a TRX Certified Trainer.

I have been searching for a Bosu Ball trainer for some time and often passed this app up as it did not have any ratings. Finally, I decided to purchase this app and have not searched for another app. This app has many features and love the options it provides. When I first opened the app, it had one workout provided. This app is so user friendly that within 5 minutes I was able to create/name a new workout, choose the body part I was looking to focus on and select the exercises which targeted those muscle groups. From there I was able to choose the type of exercise: normal, tabita, HIIT then choose number of reps desired, rest periods, and length of workout. After doing a couple workouts, I am able to edit the workouts to better suit my needs and adjust the reps vs rest periods. This app is everything I have been working for in a Bosu Ball workout!
