## Start Stretching Reviews in United States

### ***** "Used once, good stretches"
I have only used this one time but I like the stretches, I like the 7 seconds to get setup and the 30 second timer. It was easy to figure out and I feel good.
-- StacyB24, 2024-03-12

### ***** "Stretching"
Breathe, relax, and stretch. Great way to warm up the motor and stay limber.
-- ru4yeshua, 2023-12-11

### ***** "It's a great app! Wish it had a progression"
it's definitely one of my favorite apps, but one thing I miss a lot is that it's got no option for progression, besides extending time or going on a second round, and it had limited set of moves. I hope there will be some updates.
-- jofbyz, 2023-11-26

### ***** "Nice and Basic"
I love this app! It’s nice and simple and gets the job done for me. It does not take long and it times each stretch and automatically goes to next stretch. The ease and time allows me to do each day.
-- A person from sandusky, 2023-09-04

### ***-- "Pretty good for beginners"
Would be better if there were modifications listed. Also, the description of the twist doesn’t match the illustration.
-- Molsballou, 2023-07-05

### ***** "Helpful"
This app is very helpful for those who think they are ready to “workout” or “exercise “ but cannot last the first 5 minutes of a workout routine or who does a whole workout routine fine, then are down for 5 days because you overdid it. This app allows you to take it show, and start back with basics. People are hating on the app but maybe because they are already in shape a little. I hurt head to toe getting out of bed in the mornings and today, I tried this app. Yes, it’s is basic but, I only need basic. If I can’t touch anywhere near my toes I don’t need to overrated apps with nice buff in shape people. I need an app like this. It counts for you and has sounds so you don’t have to stare at the phone. Doing these basic, “easy” stretches got my heart rate up and out of breath. This shows me I need to start here and work these stretches until I can too, look at the app and call it “basic”. I’m not ready for something more intense than this app.
-- sonnerb, 2023-05-27

### ***** "Excellent program"
A gentle approach to creating important stretching habits, particularly useful as one gets older.
-- RayTrader, 2023-02-05

### **--- "Times are only moderately adjustable"
The individual stretches don’t have times that adjust to the overall routine.
-- Lazer (is that name talen?), 2022-12-15

### ***** "Simple and easy to use. Great app."
This app is a great tool to build your stretching habit. Stretching is a great way to keep your body flexible and limber. Recommend.
-- gshock11, 2022-12-07

### ***** "An awesome app to start the day off right!"
So great to go through exercises each morning and start the day off right. Love how I can adjust and personalize stretch times and continuous going through stretches.
-- Vocab Gal, 2022-12-04
