I am not receiving OTP sms when I want to recharge. Please help me solve

Fix faults
I have paid to watch live tv for one month on my but for 2 days now all your live tv is not working for only God knows why? Please fix that before 7:00pm so that I can watch Anupama or give me back my 75 Gh cedis
Account issues
I did a three months subscription towards the end of last month which means, it hasn’t even been a month yet since I did the 3 months subscription. I’ve changed my previous phone I was using and thinking because I’m using the same number I used for my subscription, I’ll still continue to enjoy my 3 months subscription but no, I’m being asked to subscribe again. Why can’t I use my old subscription or since I’m not using the old phone I won’t have access to it. How do I get my account back ? StarTimes I need a feedback because I can’t let my money go to waste or I’ll switch to a different app.
