All in all a great app. Few suggestions though;

1. It'd be good to have an option to choose the number of reps for each exercise. This become very useful on the later stages of a novice 
2. Also, in late novice state where first set is heavy and the rest are lighter sets, it's good to have an option to choose the weight per set
