My loan is closed, last emi was decucted twice and refund has not been made yet although it has been more than a month. Sent multiple emails but no reply. App shows refund will be done in 15 days but till now nothing has happened.
Worst app ever chor h ye app
On daily basis they just make the ticket/queries which are raised in progress. Today it’s been 30+days and still they didn’t gaved any resolution for my concern. One more thing I encountered, if you fail some EMI’s and latter you paid it than too they will report CIBIL as negative mark and same will be reported from many other financial institutions even when I didn’t took any loans. Such a fraud app, I have already filed a complaint against them. Better do not use any service of this Stasfin/Akara/OXYZO.
