## Statcounter Reviews in United States

### *---- "Wont recognize my login"
This app is so stupid. I love the desktop version and it keeps prompting me to install the app on my phone problem is the app doesn’t recognize my username or password or email so what’s the point of having a nap if you’re not letting people use it?
-- Milly Boone, 2023-08-24

### ***** "Great app"
Very easy to use! Great data!
-- flash and dasiy, 2021-10-16

### ***** "Great app"
Love getting the stats in the go ... sometimes it crashes but it comes right back up ... been using the web version for years ... and the app for a few months ... highly recommend
-- Leonard Young, 2021-04-07

### *---- "Can’t register"
I’m new to this app .. the first thing it wants me to do is login... but I can’t login without registering ... in which the version on my iPhone doesn’t have a registration option .. how do you login to this app for the first time on the mobile version... which is what I have.
-- rasbrock, 2020-02-02

### ****- "Getting better"
App used to hang when going back to main page, now more snappy. Functionality still not fully intuitive, but I don’t like the newer style of the website, either. Regardless, this is by far the best website counter around.
-- STL cubs fan, 2019-11-30

### ***** "Perfectly fine"
For the purposes of tracking the activity on my relatively simple website, StatCounter gives me everything I need. The website is comprehensive and the iPhone app is convenient.
-- grfiv, 2019-08-20

### *---- "Customer service is the worst"
Trying to contact these folks to get back into our page is so frustrating. We will be leaving as soon as we can locate a replacement.
The worst.
-- foggy Moon Photography, 2019-08-19

### *---- "Bad app"
I am sticking to the web version.
-- Reeree777, 2018-11-26

### ****- "I give this 5 stars for the desktop version!"
I LOVE statcounter but this ipad version doesn’t navigate to the main menu .... I’m hoping they’ll read this and fix it so it works better on my ipad pro
-- coralights, 2018-11-03

### *---- "Long time user"
I really liked what Statcounter was when I first used it in 2012. Since the updated app and overhaul of the system, it’s NOTHING like it used to be. Now I’m frustrated because I can’t see half of the things I could access before. It’s it’s not broken, don’t “fix” it.
