## State Bank Mobile Banking App Reviews in United States

### *---- "When ever I try to sign in I always have problems"
Always says it cant verify my credentials and the forgot password buttons doesn’t work it just brings up a blank page
-- ParrishDragon, 2024-08-23

### ***** "Feel safe"
I believe State Bank is a solid institution and I have confidence that my investments are safe!
-- Sense of Confidence, 2024-07-13

### *---- "Can’t login anymore"
I can’t login and the support people have no idea what to do.
Kind of makes online banking useless.
-- ohyesohohohyeah, 2024-03-12

### *---- "Disgusted"
So apparently we have to go out and get the latest phone to be able to use the mobile app. Isn’t that a form of discrimination? Not all of us have the financial aid to do that. Please address this or I will take my business elsewhere My credit union doesn’t require me to have the latest phone to use their app why are you. Maybe I should write this in Spanish so you can understand it too
-- vera parton, 2023-10-23

### ***-- "Faulty"
If it does work it works good but I’m the last three months it won’t load, forgets your login information all the time, clears your Face ID, and most of the time won’t even open unless you have full service or are connected to wifi
-- redneck weekly, 2022-10-24

### *---- "Crashes on iOS 14"
Not compatible with latest iOS. Crashes upon launching.
-- Anthony Maher, 2021-08-07

### *---- "Wow"
New update won’t let me open my app. iOS 13. iPhone 7. Jesus this is gonna set me back.
-- Long Nut The Great, 2021-02-01

### **--- "Touch ID needed to be a 5 star app"
App works great and would have given 5 stars if Touch ID was a feature instead of always having to type in my password
-- Shadowrider70, 2019-04-17

### ***-- "Still a bit behind with some features"
Developer needs to turn on touchID login access option.
Needs to show additional account information on loan accounts as in the website view so we can see the paid to date on loans (ie mortgages, auto loans, etc)
-- Techgirl43457421, 2019-04-14

### *---- "No business account support"
I have been requesting support for my business accounts for 2 years and still no access.
