## State Street Bank Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Re: the new app is a little smoother"
The layout is still awkward in places. I’d like to be able to move things. Like the messages is in the line in the way of looking at what it set up to pay. That’s probably not clear. But thank you for the improvements to date.
-- Mariah511, 2025-05-09

### ***** "Easy task"
Erica made my remote deposit simple and easy
-- Rick seifert, 2023-06-01

### **--- "Fails regularly"
This app fails regularly. The only way I have found to correct this is to delete and download again. Very inconvenient!
-- ms.ktb, 2022-04-05

### ****- "Old app was better"
I’ve had more issues with this app not updating and being current on information than the old app. It is very confusing when you have multiple accounts.
-- whitk0ta, 2021-10-24

### ***** "Online accounts"
This is a little hard to get use to and can be confusing especially when transferring from one account to another
