## Stater Bros Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great Customer Service!"
Hello I frequent the Bressi Ranch location often because they have the best customer service. I drive all the way from San Marcos because I cannot find the amazing guest service I receive at Starter Bros.

The bakery manager at Bressi Ranch was so extremely helpful with my daughter's cake! She deserves a bonus! So kind to my kids and our Troll cake turned out beautiful. She took the time to go over every detail. I got huge compliments on the cake thanks to her assistance. Thank you!

Also, I had great customer service in floral the girl was so kind and helpful. I wish I could remember their names. Thanks again!

### ***** "Pick up orders"
Jesse is the best shopper. He communicates with me. If the tomatoes aren’t good that day, he lets me know.

The meat department is excellent.

Wine department could use a make over.

### *---- "Does not launch"
I’ve tried installing, uninstalling, restarting my phone etc. It just opens up to the Stater Bro logo and I can’t interact with it by swiping and tapping. It’s just stuck there. I waited 5 minutes and it was still just stuck.
-- Neo Kitti, 2024-12-27

### *---- "App doesn’t work"

Why did should I have to pay to pick it up using the gas and I have to pay five dollars to pick it up? Never again Instacart.

### ***** "Awesome app"
I like this app it works great it has no glitches and it’s really easy to place an order. I have a newborn at home so I love the fact that I am able to purchase my groceries. Stater bros on Maple and Main in Hesperia is the best! Thanks!
