This app will completely wipe your charting, constantly lock up your account, and randomly mark items completed.

Why has there not been an update to this app in TWO MONTHS!?! 

This app NEEDS DARK MODE FOR NIGHTSHIFT WORKERS WHO WORK IN ROOMS WHERE CHILDREN SLEEP!! The full white screen lights up a room no matter how low you put your brightness. 

Also, the layout of the questions seems like an amateur Did it. The questions and answers have no clear definition visually separating one question from the next. 

And like everyone else said, the initial assessment questions turn green when you have yet to complete the section. 

 IS ANYONE ACTUALLY READING THESE REVIEWS? Doesn't seem like it as two months have gone by without an update to the app.

As a professional who relies on efficient documentation tools, I’ve found this app to be consistently disappointing. The system frequently glitches, runs very slowly, and often logs users out without warning, which disrupts workflow and increases documentation time. Additionally, when selecting the visits per “day” view, the app repeatedly defaults back to the weekly view, requiring manual correction every time I clock in or open a new session, a small but very frustrating issue when working with a full caseload.

Overall, the user experience is unreliable and inefficient. I would not recommend this app to other therapy providers and strongly suggest looking into alternative platforms that better support clinical documentation and productivity.

### **--- "Some fixes please!"
There’s a lot that needs fixing, but could it be adjusted so that “this week” visits aren’t the default? And also could the font please be larger. Additionally, I’d LOVE to be able to see the previous notes after they have been finalized, so that I can review exactly what was done and build on that in the next therapy session. These would be a great start

Buggy, marks initial assessment items complete before I even click on them. I didn’t think anything could be worse than CubHub, but I was wrong. 
I see the app hasn’t made any updates in a month. Why not? You’ve had plenty of people on here saying there are major problems with this app. Why are they not being fixed?

I didn’t think CubHub could get any worse but here we are!!!! The app constantly glitches. I spend time writing a narrative note and go to save it and enter the spinning circle that never loads and then I have to completely exit the app and everything that I just charged is GONE! The app marks things as done until you back out of the screen and go back in and suddenly they are unchecked. No clear button on either signature screens. I could go on and on.
