Shocking service

Cancelled my taxi which was booked well in advance which caused me to miss my hospital appointment. The guy on the phone was extremely rude. I would highly recommend using CITY taxis or Uber. I will never rely on this company again.

Locked out!

Disappointed with this app as it used to work well. I can’t login and reset my password and keeps prompting me that details are incorrect. Tried booking using the phone and it keeps sending a car to a location 4 miles from where i was.

Taxis always late using this app

Even when booking >24 hours in advance, the app seems to ‘search’ for a driver literally one minute before the booked time, so then if the driver is over 1 minutes drive away, this immediately makes them late. This is my consistent experience when using this app.

Really bad taxi company

Waste of time using this company they are unreliable

Definitely worse than it used to be

Used to be able to book far in advance, but this isn’t possible now for some reason, and also the option to pre-pay on card is gone, and I never carry cash so have to hope a car with a card machine shows up. Very disappointed

No Payment Card Anymore

The ability to add a payment card has gone (No Good) No Apple Pay facility (No Good) You use the app to go to the city centre only to find later in the evening it gets switched off (No Good) When you call them even though you have used them to get to the city they tell you to go to a rank (No Good) Rubbish App Rubbish Service Bud much cheaper and more reliable £3.40 Return

This app has gone down the toilet , but have to use it to order taxis

The option to put credit card in wallet is gone , so I have to pay by cash/card chip. Before that it sometimes failed to complete payments.

Waste of effort

Doesn’t recognise your location. No option to book wheelchair accessible cabs. Utter rubbish

Phantom bookings, don’t use

Missed my train back to London today because the confirmation of the booking time is never right. Most of the time your taxi is only just dispatched at the time you’ve chosen to book meaning you could be waiting 10 mins + longer than what you need. Will be booking with another taxi company from now on.
