Privacy policy a joke

I read through the privacy policy and basically you are asked to allow this company to share or sell all your information to anyone for any purpose, even listing a sweepstakes. I will charge elsewhere. Deleted.

The online site is much better

I was excited today to see an app for this important car travel feature for us EV owners, but after I downloaded it and set it up it doesn’t show me hotels in my state that have chargers, locations where I know they exist. Kind of defeats the purpose of using the app if you can’t location a hotel with charging stations.

Super easy and great support

Once I created my account it’s super easy to use the network. They were very helpful getting my account set up when I called in. They made sure everything got working and my car started charging. Great customer service.

Avoid if possible

Prepaying stayncharge is required to pay to use their chargers. I hate prepaying an amount that I don’t know if I’ll use all of. And since it seems like every charger needs it’s own app who knows if I’ll ever use the money I have to load onto this account. Absolutely scammy and idiotic.

Disappointed

Took my money from my card and shows a balance of $0.00 with no way of reporting a problem and now I can’t charge my car. Pure garbage

Big Fat F

I can fly and navigate my airplane to numerous states here in the USA and easily find AVgas but Stay-N-Charge does NOTHING in helping me find hotels ANYWHERE in order to get a room and charge my EV. You select a city and it can’t find, locate, reveal anything.

Is this working?

The map shows me no charging locations anywhere.

Not bad but needs work

Good idea but EV travelers could use a little more info such as… -How many chargers are at the location -Customer experience (how often are the chargers broken or occupied and unavailable) -Is there a fee and if so how much? Good start but a work in progress

Not ready for prime time

Greta concept and name. However, very confusing, usually problems technically. Not well organized. Adds integrated with hotels. Hope it will be improved.
