However, what I have noticed is that I do not find myself nearly as hungry as I was a week and a half ago. I am not constantly opening the fridge every time I pass it expecting something to suddenly appear that was not there an hour ago. My portions are smaller as well, and I am not letting my eyes rule my stomach when I fix my meals.
