Terrible service
I had to reschedule my booking as my friend had covid, notified via the app a day earlier and was given the option to reschedule. I called and emailed the hotel and was given the green light to have exception to reschedule but i needed to make new booking then stayr can cancel the old one. However now that i made a new booking, stayr still no response after a week. Now i have paid double due to no refund of old booking. Dont offer your customers a reschedule if you cannot honour your words.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Wanted to reschedule my booking with the hotel, but since I booked with Stayr, (third-party website) they told me to reschedule with Stayr instead. However, despite sending an email and trying to contact them, I wasn’t able to reach Stayr team. Worst of all, the money I deposited went down the drain. It’s non-refundable, and I can’t even reschedule anymore.

Need to improve the features
It used to be good but now meh like i don’t get why there’s a “sort by availability” feature when it’s literally useless? It’s hard to book nowadays since i can’t book on the days that i want eventho it says available :( not really flexible nowadays

It’s easy to use and I don’t have to check in at 3pm and check out at 12pm
Blank screen app
I have an iPhone 6 and there’s a blank white screen after the Stayr logo appears. Does anyone have that problem?
Ux needs to improve
App is super easy to use but it will help greatly for user to be able to be given the option to filtr by date availability. It is a hassle to browse every single accommodation to just to see that it is not available on the dates that we want.
Good for remote work
Quick check in and reasonable pricing. Hope to have more choices in the west
Great for meeting
Tried out the meeting room for 2 hours check in process was quick and hassle free. Paid $20 for per hour. However more location access would be helpful.
Fast check in
Waited less than 2 minutes for my booking at grand park hotel to be confirmed. Check in process is fast. However they do not have outlets in all locations
