Why on earth do we need a separate app for chat? It’s so annoying that this isn’t baked into the steam app.

Simply doesn’t work
Sign-in is broken. Why is this app on the App Store?
BROKEN
This app is BROKEN. It is IMPOSSIBLE to SIGN IN if you have 2FA ENABLED. VALVE DOES NOT CARE.
Broken
Had this app for years and now suddenly it’s not working. Wont load any info. Kinda stupid that a company that gets so much revenue, doesn’t seem to care about their app.
Steam app could easily replace it
I don’t like the idea that I have to download a second app and login separately just to talk on a platform where chat isn’t all that important when you’re afk. That aside, the app is trash.
