What is the point of an app that never works and it seems hundreds have been having the same issues since 3 years ago now. How convenient that is also when the laat update happened. The app is never updated nor is support ever of any help. 

This company is paid by purchases made by their customers and this is how we are treated? You might as well take ot out of the app because a lot of times it is useless. I have uninstalled and reinstalled on multiple devices more than 20 times woth the ossues never fixing. I have contacted support and they act like they have no idea what I am talking about and just keeps blaming my internet which is a top speed ISP and I have no issues at all with streaming or gaming. 

Steam need to hire people who knows what they are doing because it is obvioius the current employees don't and are lazy. Anyone looking for a job where they get paid to sit there and look stupid apply this company.

Valve has abandoned this app. Old messages get stuck and send twice, have to close and reopen the app in multi task to get messages to load and see accurate offline times. Pictures don’t send half the time and give red error. It’s been 3-4 years since the last update on this app.
