The Steam Link app brings desktop gaming to your iPhone or iPad. Just pair an MFI or Steam controller to your device, connect to a computer running Steam on the same local network, and start playing your existing Steam games.

Requirements:
* iPhone or iPad using iOS 11.0 or higher
* Computer running Steam - Windows, Mac, or Linux
* iOS device must be on the same local network as the computer running Steam

For best performance:
* Connect your computer using Ethernet to your 5Ghz WiFi router
* Connect your iOS device to the 5GHz band of your WiFi network
* Keep your iOS device within a reasonable range of your router

Not perfect but it sure exceeds my expectations

Exceeds all of my expectations and works more than exceptionally.

Too many issues.

There are too many issues to list in such a small space. It feels like no one who works at Valve ever uses this app, so there is no internal testing to catch common issues.

I wish there was a way to turn on your actual pc from remote play

Not bad

If you have something like an iPad, the app isn’t that bad. Doesn’t hit the battery too hard, controller support is decent and with good enough wifi you shouldn’t have an issue with graphics.

Great app for using computer on iPad

The input lag is slightly high compared to the physical steam link device. Some delay noticeable

UPDATE THE APP PLEASE

Need to have a remote play option on steam link app instead of connecting your computer first.

Terrible app

It doesn’t always connect my computer to my smartphone. When it does, it takes a very long time to show on my screen. Sometimes it doesn’t, so I have to restart my computer and hope for the best.

“On the go” is kinda misleading

Unless you have your computer open with steam with you at all times you can’t bring it in the go. And you shouldn't leave your computer open. And since you need PERFECT Wi-Fi to play is kinda stupid. Especially if your going places. And if you close your computer steam link closes to. Btw it’s funny how if you close steam on your computer during steam link you get to control your computer with your phone lol Overall I don’t see when I’ll be using this app. Sincerely- some guy
