## STEARsoft School Teacher Attendance Register Lite Description
If you're looking for a professional school attendance register, try before you buy with this Lite version of STEARsoft (School Teachers Electronic Attendance Register software).

STEARsoft is a graphical Attendance Register app for classroom teachers who want to keep regular school attendance records as efficiently as possible. Synchronise with a whole school installation of STEARsoft or simply use this professional attendance App stand-alone. STEARsoft uses the traditional UK attendance symbols to provide a graphical attendance sheet annotated with codes and attached written notes. Attendance sheets are generated using your timetable and term dates.

Trial STEARsoft with your own class data, then easily transfer this data to the full version that removes the Lite version limits of 10 classes, 100 students and 20 attendance sessions.

To assist marking attendance, STEARsoft Lite includes the quick flood-fill option, an auto-move-on feature in the detailed codes screen and a copy/paste feature in attendance sheets. Recording is intuitive and quick with a single tap to cycle through attendance states. Also integrated with STEARsoft Lite is a basic incident recording system and a class attendance statistics screen. To help keep on top of absence notes, an organised list of unexplained absences is always at your finger tips.

If you record attendance in a minor ad-hoc, occasional manner you may find other products more suited to your needs, but if you work to a timetable and need to keep such attendance records regularly, we think you will like STEARsoft. Download this Lite App now to see what it looks like, then progress to the full version and wonder how you ever managed without STEARsoft.

### **--- "Just my opinion"
Okay I tried to set this up then when I was about to use it , it wouldn’t even let me mark the students! I’m sorry but I hate this app !
-- yeahhh_yeahhhhh, 2021-11-26

### **--- "LOL problems"
I use this for my farm animals to check their all here lol but to be honest idk why it’s not saying am and pm! I think their would be the pupil in the setting bit and a little picture. And maybe little dojo’s so click on the pupil if their good and they get a point at the end of that week the person with the most gets a golden monster picture? Sorry it’s just so-no offence- boring and lame. I don’t mean to upset you or anything! I like it and everything but y’know?
-- LexLaPipQueen, 2021-07-09

### *---- "RUBBISH"
I was hoping I could fill in all my classes and the times and sessions but it wouldn't let me do it because I had reached the maximum students! I hate this app

### ***** "Good"

-- Bradley bear1, 2014-01-14

### ***-- "Proudly use it daily"
As the main developer, I'm proud of what has been created and use STEARsoft every working day in the classroom myself. If you are struggling to do something and the video-tutorials don't help, or you find a bug, please use the STEARsoft forum rather than posting a review here that may well be simply wrong and even slanderous. I give 3 stars to remain neutral.
-- Marcus (app developer), 2013-10-11

### ***** "So simple"
My school uses STEARsoft as its registration system, so I though I would pick this up. It couldn't have been simpler to connect it to my main school account, and now I'm registering quite happily on my iPad.
-- Tzfyr, 2013-07-16

### *---- "No Way"
Way to complicated
-- Johnniemck, 2013-03-23

### *---- "Rubbish"
U have to buy the full version to add students or a session or a class. I would give it 5 stars if you could add students In this version
-- Lol1346896, 2012-11-18

### ***** "great app for teachers"
A really simple to use and clear app for registration. Easy for quick recording of registration and helping you keep track of who has missed your lessons!
