Steelcase Rise inspires movement and provides a new level of personalization for height adjustable desks with the Active Touch desk-mounted controller. Just pair your app with the desk, set your desk preferences and then take them with you from desk to desk. Create reminders to stand up, move and sit down, and track your activity over time. Rise helps you have a healthier, happier, and more productive day at work.



This app doesn’t collect, store, or share any personal or desk information with your company, Steelcase or others. It's your device, your app, and your data—no one else's.


The Rise app can be used with the following Steelcase products: Ology Desk, Ology Bench, Slim Leg, and Steelcase Flex Height Adjustable Desk.

As others have mentioned years ago, this app needs to be able to run in the background (and connect to the desk) rather than having to open it every time you come to the desk.
Latest update unfortunately did not include this much needed enhancement.
