I sign in to Steers as it just works a little better than the other delivery apps and I like the function of not remembering your info

Steers De Deur has terrible service placed a order over 2 hours ago still waiting for my food called over 15 times each time they put me on hold without saying please hold and then while a person is talking they put u on hold or cut ur call disgusting service I will not order from them again

Why cant you track your order?! This is ridiculous… one moment it says “Grilling in progress” the next moment the driver is hooting at the door…

I just placed an order, and I don’t see any tracking option. How am I supposed to track my order????

Even though the app works, it’s utterly useless - everytime I use it, it takes longer to get my food than when I just directly order it. Order is 30-45 minutes before I arrive, still have to wait 30-45 minutes

Recently bought a Mjojo meal with an ice cream cone online for collection, the lady that was helping me was adamant that the meal comes with a milkshake which is not on my receipt. She went on and rang a completely different order with the milkshake and i had to pay a much more amount than i went to pay at the store , also waiting for more than 10 minutes for an order i placed 30 minutes ago .

The app is the best. The meals come faster that when I am actually in store. Thank you Steers
