I badly want to learn on steely, I even got the subscription but sadly the video classes doesn’t play for me so got the subscription canceled in a month, looks like it’s due to poor internet connection. But every other streaming app works totally fine, I feel it’s due to the fact that this app isn’t efficient enough. I tried playing the video of the dance classes but all I see is a black screen. It worked few times before but I kept facing the black screen issue later on, basically it just doesn’t load. Can u guys help with it, may be improve on the efficiency.

I really like Steezy. I’m a dance instructor. I need more of advance classes. Most of the classes it is beginners. Would be great if it offers advance classes more, then many dance professionals also will join and upgrade themselves. Also when I download oh man it is so slow and the app hangs in between with lot of glitches. 
STEEZY PLEASE DO WORK ON THESE AND MAKE THE BEST DANCE LEARNING EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED.

First improvement needed in advance section of hip hop means beginners classes is there and advance choreo too but advance or intermediate level hip -hop fundamentals is not there ...
Second thing is Ian Eastwood is no their i seriously wanted his class and work on download quality means ki we adjust the download quality to according to us ... and please add advance section of breaking and and others form who just stuck in beginners level

Please don’t download this app for free trail. I wanted to explore the app and since it offered 7-day free trial, I opted for it but got charged immediately.
I reached out to them but they have been unhelpful and no solution has been given to me by STEEZY or App Store. I should mention that I got charged for a entire year! That’s a lot of money. Please beware.

The overall experience of learning to dance with STEEZY had been great so far but since I started using the app, it has been a nightmare. Whenever I want to download a dance or even try to open a class or program, the app crashes. I was hoping it would be rectified with future updates but it wasn’t. I’m very disappointed.

There was no free trial, I got charged on the first day itself despite the app clearly saying I will only be billed after seven days. Do not download this app. I emailed them and messaged them on instagram and they havent responded at all. Bad service, even though the app looks great, this is really unfair to people and disappointing. Please fix your app or stop lying. I also see many people complaining they are getting charged despite cancelling their subscription. Not worth all the hassle.

I was also charged for free trail... There was no free trial nothing... They given me 2 options saying yearly billing and monthly billing..
