I just signed up and realized that a lot of the videos are muted due to copyright issues and a lot of them don’t even have links to YouTube. I am asking for a refund. Not worth the app if can’t even practice to music. I hope they can fix this.
I love dancing and still am in the process of learning but it looks like every time I try to subscribe, it does not unlock any of the classes and just takes my money. I’ve tried several times to make a purchase because I really wanted the app to work but every time I try to subscribe it says there’s an error with the subscription, and it takes my money without ever getting the things it claimed I was getting. I tried to talk it out with customer service, showing the payment and how I was not able to unlock the classes but was met with the same issue, and had to take it up with apple. I can only ask for a refund so many times from apple until they start rejecting my refund. I’ve paid for my service and there is no indication of receiving the service or getting a refund. I don’t know if I’m the only one who is experiencing the same thing.
Steezy used to be an app that provided premier dance content. Their YouTube page also featured desirable online public content. Sadly, they lost their Creative Director, Jessie Ma. Since her departure, there has been a strict decline in the quality of the content Steezy releases. Many people have spoken out about this issue. Instead of engaging with their customers and viewers, they find it far more convenient to block them and pretend like the problem doesn’t exist. I strongly encourage all consumers to find another app for their subscription needs. Steezy has lost sight of their company goals, while many of their employees exhibit a lack of moral character, ethics, and open, constructive dialogue.
The app never keeps me signed in as a member so every time I want to watch a class that is not free it makes me go through the signup process and glitches and bring me back to homepage. I love the content but the app is so frustrating to use sometimes due to its glitches. On my ipad sometimes the app doesn’t even open for like 5 full minutes and then glitches 10 times after that.
I used to love to take every class available. Now with classes no longer being able to use the music kills everything. I want a refund for my yearly subscription. I hope you find a way to have it he way it was. Such a shame and disappointment
i was watching one of the steezy vids and they said that u can use the app to learn dancing without paying anything but then when i downloaded the app it told me to start a free trial and pay $99.99
Won’t update that I’ve subscribed. Keep getting errors. Two separate accounts, nothing works. Paid $100 for nothing!! No classes are unlocked AT ALL!! Nobody has helped me either. BOO!
I’ve enjoyed this app so far! I’ve learned so much and have enjoyed my experience. Only complaint so far is that I can’t exit out of videos. Like the “x” button on the top left won’t let me leave. Hopefully they fix that. But such a good app to learn dance and some methodology!
This app just isn’t it. I danced my whole life but I have not in years so I wanted to get back into it. I was excited to use this app but I ended up disappointed. They just show the people dancing. No counts. No instruction. What is the point? If I could learn just by watching I’d just go to YouTube.
Tried to use this for Kpop classes fb almost all music is muted due to copyright. Extremely Pointless without audio.
