## Step Description
Step — The World’s First Adaptive Movement Platform.

Step combines Apple Health, an AI Coach, and shared live movement so training fits real life. That includes synchronized group workouts, Walk & Talk with friends in your Circles, and an Apple Watch companion for classes, programs, and walks.

Your Circle is the people you actually move with. Invite friends and family with a link, group them your way, and follow everyone’s walks, workouts, and classes in one shared feed you can cheer on — alongside public Communities to explore. Share all of it, some of it, or none of it. Progress feels supported, not surveilled, and habit beats hustle.

## Step Reviews in United States

### ***** "Fitness app that adapts to real life"
Very useful App. It uses apple heath data and recọmmend daily workout based on my condition. This is a cool concept. I’ve tried a lot of fitness apps, but this one doesn’t push me to do more every day. The weekly targets make things feel doable, and walking running all counts.

### *---- "DO NOT USE!!! AI MONEY GRAB! THERE IS NO SUBSTANCE HERE!!!"
This app is horrible. The UI is clunky and outdated.

The classes are the exact same ones you can find on YouTube for FREE. The AI pieces they promote are just stripped down versions of the features you get out of the box for FREE with an Apple Watch or a FitBit.

Outside of charging for things that are easily accessible for free elsewhere… there is NO variety in the classes the app is offering.

The classes are generic and basic.

To add insult to injury, the communication from step.co is 100% ChatGPT. The notifications, the messages, etc. You’re told that you’re getting a personalized experience with a coach, but these people are just copying and pasting ChatGPT stuff into their app.

This is another shell AI company that’s being used as a cash grab. There is no substance here and there is nothing sustainable here.

Mark my words, this app will be gone within the next 1-2 years… and I’m going to LAUGH.
