## Stephenson National B&T Mobile Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Constantly locking me out"
I get that we need security measures but I am constantly being locked out and having to reset my password. It’s ridiculous.
-- Soozybrew, 2026-04-01

### *---- "Biometrics is adequate"
Your app already requires biometrics in order to get into it. The constant periodic requiring of re-entering an entire long difficult password in order to access my account is ridiculous. It isn’t for my security. This is for your own security, which you should be providing for anyway by securing your stuff properly as a bank. Absolute pain and ridiculous!
-- 9845, 2026-02-27

### *---- "Problems all the time"
App crashes every week, forgets password out of nowhere, forgets Face ID
-- User5517, 2025-10-09

### ***** "Online banking"
I love online banking from home.
-- Tinygma1, 2025-03-09

### ***-- "Internet"
You keep cutting me out
-- rully-bully, 2023-01-05

### ***** "Deposits and app functioning"
It takes for ever to open up sometimes and it always gives me a hard time to deposit the checks.
-- adriel_sp11, 2020-09-25

### ***-- "Deposit"
Takes sometimes 2 days to deposit money in act. Other than that works great!!!
-- Kountryrhode.com, 2020-04-07

### ***-- "Thanks for logging me out"
New version

Please show pending transactions

Old version
This app is very finicky. I get logged out often and when I try to log back in, I have to call the support number for some dumb reason. It's annoying. Step up your game Stephenson.
-- Stevo201299999, 2019-05-15

### ***-- "iPhone 6+"
doesn't work with iPhone 6+
-- Justin621, 2015-02-06
