StepLock is a revolutionary app blocker that transforms your digital distractions into physical motivation. Instead of relying purely on willpower, StepLock securely locks your most distracting apps and only unblocks them when you meet your walking goals. Whether you want to cure your phone addiction, manage ADHD symptoms, or simply get more daily steps, StepLock provides a foolproof system to build healthier digital and physical habits. HOW IT WORKS: TWO UNIQUE MODES 1. Intermittent Loop Mode (Walk for a Break) Perfect for studying or deep work. Set a step goal (e.g., 500 steps) to earn a specific amount of screen time (e.g., 15 minutes of Instagram or TikTok). Once your time is up, the apps lock again until you complete your next walking goal. This creates a healthy cycle of active breaks and focused work, preventing hours of continuous scrolling. 2. Daily Goal Mode (Walk to Unlock the Day) Set a larger daily step target (e.g., 8,000 steps). Your distracting apps remain locked until you hit that goal. Once achieved, your apps are unlocked for the rest of the day. It is the ultimate motivation to get your morning walk or afternoon run completed early. CORE FEATURES & BENEFITS Strict App Blocking: Utilizes the official iOS Screen Time API to securely and effectively shield you from distracting apps. Accurate Step Tracking: Seamlessly integrates with your device's built-in pedometer to track your physical activity in real-time. Customizable App Groups: Choose exactly which apps or categories you want to restrict (social media, games, entertainment) while keeping essential apps (phone, messages, maps) always accessible. Habit Tracking & Analytics: Monitor your progress over time. Watch your daily step counts increase while your average screen time drops. Privacy First: Your step data and app usage stay on your device. We do not track your browsing history or personal data. Stop scrolling and start moving. Download StepLock today to reclaim your focus, boost your dopamine naturally, and build a healthier routine! • Privacy Policy: • Terms of Use: • Contact Us: ## StepLock Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/16/1a/75/161a75cb-d8cf-4803-a558-69c1070b85c5/ipx3.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/d9/ef/b6/d9efb64b-85df-7bf3-6e15-d7ba218bdc07/ipx3-1.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/37/61/11/37611116-0d5a-8b6a-ff04-777dacb8ecd2/ipx2.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/76/6f/4e/766f4e06-c764-cc4c-0533-40f5de6342a2/ipx3-2.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/29/df/43/29df43b2-bc95-d1ae-8681-ea489a74a124/ipx2-1.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/d0/d0/19/d0d0199e-6307-9c5a-1554-56ca88173d0c/ipx3-3.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/ca/2b/6a/ca2b6a0a-8914-f100-ca9e-18664a46b0e4/ipx2-2.jpg/1242x2688.png) ## StepLock In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Weekly Trial | USD 3.99 | | Lifetime Premium | USD 69.99 | ## StepLock Available In - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/steplock-walk-to-unlock-apps-ZDgz/ghana) - [Guyana](https://apptail.io/app/steplock-walk-to-unlock-apps-ZDgz/guyana) - [Madagascar](https://apptail.io/app/steplock-walk-to-unlock-apps-ZDgz/madagascar) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/steplock-walk-to-unlock-apps-ZDgz/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
