Absolute garbage You have people like rabin who have 1 million steps in 9 days which is not humanly possible And Marwa A who has 200k steps but yesterday she had 136 so she moved like 60k steps

Even how much I tried registering an account through otp verification, the app still doesn’t accept the 4 digit number that I am submitting from SMS so Im completely blocked from creating an account.

The app never calculates foot steps and active minutes even if you walk from New Delhi to Toronto!

The app has in between sync issues, my step count does not matches with my iPhone health app. Today i completed 10.5k steps, but in Steppi it is only 8285 steps.

I complete mostly more than 12k steps everyday. But not reflecting in the app.

As I am using this app since 28-10-2023 but my active time is not updating an apple phone.

App is good. But your criteria is wrong for raffle draw. You should include participants in the raffle draw who completes steps all thirty days or at least twenty days.

Hey there I participated in Steppi challenge What happened to the results?! And second screening?! Should I contact Dubai health authority?! I walked 10km each day for over a month and I have no idea what happened to the challenge I know this is not what Dubai means and that’s my right for sure I think I was fooled in the best city in the world !! 15,000 AED might be nothing for you but it’s worth a lot to me and my family it can change my life which I won during the challenge Please follow up on my request Thanks

I used to love this app, i had it for more than 1 year. But for some reason most of the good rewards has been removed. Too bad.

My experience with using the application was great but one day it kicked me out of my account so I tried signing in using my details but I didn’t receive any message whatsoever in the messages. When I tried to sign in using the website it states that the email I used to sign in was not found. I lost hope and I tried registering a new user using the same credentials I used to sign in with but it says that the number and email are both in use/ linked with an existing account. So the whole reset password bug doesn’t let me sign in/reset the password or even register a new account. Please find a solution to this problem.
