After the update of the iphone software the application is not able to retrieve my history or to count my my daily steps

Good & helpful app which I’ve been using, in my daily morning, for couple of years now. It always gives close results to my fit bit watch, which I use all the time. The only hitch with it is the “ACTIVE TIME” which isn’t consistent. It misses the correct time minimum of twice a week.
