I’ve downloaded the new version of the app and when I try to sign in, it prompts me to reset my password. It sent me the reset link but when I click on it, i get stuck on the initial home page and it actually doesn’t do anything.

Tried to book movies on the new app and it does not even activate the payments screen! Don’t know what kind of poor development that results in these type of challenges. Rather book with Nu metro for this type challenges.

Yet again another useless app by Ster Kinekor! Won’t allow me to book in Cape Town but cresta lol! No wonder they closing cinemas!

Useless app. Does not work!! Can’t book tickets for my kids to go to the movies. The app does not accept multiple vitality loyalty card numbers. Can’t reset password on the app. Absolutely shocking! What a waste of time! If I could give zero stars I would!

The new App has certainly been improved and is much more convenient!🎬

Have been having issues from the time they changed the app. Have logged a request for assistance but no response. Go to their kiosk and they can’t help. It keeps looping between my password or username is wrong. Then request to reset my password, sends an email and then when you click to reset password, it takes you back to the sign up page. If you try to recreate yourself as a user, it says you already exist and that’s it.

Impossible to buy a ticket! I have had it! I had an account. I had to re login with new app, now I can't access anything. Keeps on telling me I have the wrong password. I am DONE with Ster Kinekor. And you have to give 1 star- no stars is not an option! Absolutely pathetic.

Would it not make sense to NOT log us out of the old app until the new one actually works!!!! I can’t login and won’t allow me to make contact through the app for help. So annoying. No wonder Ster kinekor is going downhill

The new app is worse than the old app in every possible way. The only reason this app could possibly have been launched was to ensure that a friend of someone managing the budget got a lot of money for this atrocious, unusable app. I hope the shareholders take a look at this the at their next meeting.

I tried logging into the new app and it tells me "incorrect password" I logged into the old app with the same password and it works
