Unreliable service
The most unreliable bank ever. For more than two weeks I have been trying to open an account online with Sterling bank. Always coming with a new form to fill and always delaying their response to mails. Till now they haven’t sent my account number it’s a shame.
The most stupid app ever they stole my money
I made transfer to my acct I didn’t receive any money and the money went out from the account up till no no return

I can no longer make any transaction on this app… I mean, what is the purpose of downloading a banking app if I can’t make transaction It is completely useless and so upsetting I have to use USSD anytime I want to make a transaction now which make this App worthless

The App is have not been functioning well of late. Developer needs to take a proper look at it. Sometimes it’s frustrating.
I love this app
I love this app and the aspect that I don’t need an ATM Card to set it up is really lovely. I’ve been using it for over two years now ❤️
Not user friendly
The app is really bad, the live chat doesn’t work, it’s just there for figure head. Sometimes I get debited when I recharge and I don’t get my airtime. I’ll just say bye at this point

Sterling are so foolish that I lodge a complain about not able to log in into my mobile app they just keep giving me excuses,I even asked for atm card they told me it wasn’t available all this days,is that how to do business.I can’t do any transactions for two days now
