De app crasht elke keer als ik naar ‘digitale tickets’ ga, deze is dus onbruikbaar voor mij

Find the route that suits you best
- Plan your journey from A to Z and choose your own departure date and time.
- The interactive map also indicates De Lijn, SNCB-NMBS and TEC stops with real-time departure times. Never miss a connection again.
- The shortest route, with the fewest connections or the least amount of walking? You're in control of your preferences.
Reload and consult your MOBIB card
- Connect your MOBIB card to the app and see how many journeys you have left or how long your season ticket is still valid.
- Whether you have a season ticket or a ticket, you can simply reload your MOBIB card via the app. Please note that it will take at least 24 hours before your ticket or season ticket is available on your MOBIB card.
Travel smoothly
- Would you like to know in advance whether the escalator or lift is working? Via the "Info" tab, you can see in real time how accessible the station is.
- For buses and tram lines 7 and 9, the app tells you the degree to which a stop is accessible.

L’application a souvent des bug et ne trouve pas d’itinéraire même pour aller à 10min de chez soi. Au 17/06/24 l’application bug toujours. On ne sait pas effectuer une recherche.
Delay for recharge
In many cases, the tickets were recharged hours (or days!) after the purchase. Really really disappointed for that.

Bonjour, Depuis hier de journée, les informations ne sont plus disponibles. En consultant APPSTORE, je constate qu’il y a une mise à jour disponible. Il serait utile d’en informer les clients. Malgré la mise à jour, toutes les informations ont disparu, il n’y a plus d’arrêt à proximité alors que j’habite à côté d’une station de métro et les recherches tournent en boucle. Info pas toujours fiable
-les horaires de passage aux arrêts ne correspondent pas toujours ou ne sont pas respectés - tram retardé ( juste l’heure qui change sans explication (horaire théorique) ex le 8 hier matin - impossible d’avoir les horaires en ce moment sur un trajet Bascule vers Petillon. - changement de conducteur parfois très long (bavardage) Bref impossible de s’y fier si on a un rendez-vous important.

Rempli de bug, affiche pas les horaires correctement. Une honte

Application foireuse
App qui fonctionne une fois sur deux et qui est mal foutu. Avec Google Maps c’est 1000 fois plus simple et efficace même si c’est moins précis sur les horaires de passage. Sois disant ils l’améliorent… en plusieurs années d’utilisation je n’ai pas vu d’améliorations voyantes qui améliorent l’utilisation…
Buggy buying process
Bought a digital ticket on the application, was charged and didn’t get the ticket. Reporting the problem is very convoluted.
