Scam company ripping people off

I paused the account then they still charged for a fix and try to cancel and there is a section to cancel but it still Doesn’t let you delete your account. Ridiculous. Nothing fit my daughter the only option is to pause because I don’t have time to spend 4 hours on the app trying to cancel my account.

I asked my stylist to cancel my subscription. She said she would. It was never cancelled. I’ve jumped through all of their stupid hoops yet I still cannot get rid of it. Warning!!! Do not sign up!!!

I loved what I got every the quality and the colors I love it. I can’t stop saying how much I love it I feel great, just LOVE IT.

The older I get, the less I want to walk around shopping all day in stores. I love the quality of the clothing and comfortable fabric. It’s just so convenient and I am loving my personal stylist so far. I also have several female family members including my daughter that wear the same size, so it makes gifting easier as well! The app is very easy to use and efficient. I have no complaints!

I have been in a style rut for quite a while and Stitch Fix has allowed me to explore styles and clothing I otherwise would pass up from the rack while shopping. I have been using Stitch Fix for several years now, tried a few other styling services as well, and always continue to stick with them. The Freestyle option is my favorite part! My only recommendation would be to incorporate a way to save the “Ways to Wear It” boards to a My Styles tab/section to easily go through your virtual closet to find favorite outfits or ideas you want to save.

How are you going to charge me $20 in the beginning then put it back on my account three days later and expect it to be in my account the next day and close my account due to billing issues and bar me from using any email to sign up again due to the fact that you say you can’t charge my card again for another 20 when you already took 20 out of my account so now you’re trying to charge me 40 when styling is supposed to be 20 and yes, it returned to my account 3 to 4 days later, but by that time you barred me from getting style cause there was no more money to take such bad business practices

I can’t believe this app. I got it thinking it would be a great app with different kinds of styles but everything is only millennial styled. I understand adults use this app but come on, kids enjoy it too. Not only that but I wanted to cancel my free order and any other orders I will recieve. I didnt want that and tried canceling my order which I couldn’t so I had to contact their slow helping services. Now I cant even find the delete account button because they just force people to stay and get money stolen each month! Absolutely outrageous, don’t get this app it’s truly terrible. They’ll hold you on their app and steal your money even if you delete the app. Get better, Stitchfix.

The app says it’s 4+ and am over 4+ so I add in June 24 2016 am 8 And it says sorry you are not old enough or something like that I don’t understand why is that?

The clothes are cute and high quality. I love the daily style shuffles and inspiration board weekly. My only complaint is the filters. I wish I could sort the clearance items by petite and regular sizes. Even in the other categories outside of clearance, the filters go crazy and do too much or not enough.
