Before you read my review, understand that I took style quizzes as often as I could, daily. Please understand that I asked for casual wear for dates and nights out. I tried them, I was happiest with my first fix. There were a few shoe hits, a few jeans, but mostly I bought them cause they fit and I hate shopping. They don’t have everyone’s style, they have one very specific form of style with a few outliers. Everything is millennial white suburban mom/dad trying to hang onto youth. My husband kept a few shirts over the time and sweaters for holidays. All the shirts are half cut blouses that are off the shoulder, 90% of the jeans are relaxed fit or ripped, all the sweaters have the same vibe. I like their dresses, except the cute summer dresses that straps break at any tension (not great for big boobs), but everything feels the same

Every time I sign up, I submit my payment, and it tells me my order is in process. The account gets disabled or something because it won’t let me sign back in, I recreate an account for the same behavior. I lost $40 because of these scammers! Stay far far away. No different than watch gang, and many other fraudulent companies.

I love this app and you will too if you give it a try! They give you a little quiz to see your style and then send you cloths that match it! You keep what works and send back what doesn’t. And if you keep everything they even give you a discount I think. I love and I am sure you are going too as well. 😊

I just wanted to do the style thing, when it charged me a $20 and another $20 in PayPal when I didn’t buy any clothes. I want a refund.

I sent my package back and they still charged me. They can also see when it’s in the mail. I find it stupid how they didn’t even look before charging me and I’m also in a completely different time zone

First, I joined because my friend that has this app gave me a discount code. I was supposed to receive a lot off, didn’t happen. They said because she had not received another box yet, so I did not receive it, she got a discount though. First box was ok, the next box I received was too expensive, so they offered to send another, the second box was more expensive. The stylist are not creating a look for you, they are just people getting commission when you buy the expensive stuff or the whole box. Waste of money.

Stitch Fix introduced me to all of new favorite clothes and helped me try out new styles that I never would have considered in a store.

Let me start with, I love Stitch Fix and the app keeps improving. The only reason I didn’t give the app 5 stars was there is only one complaint I have…I purchase I lot of items from Stitch Fix and I fluctuate in size, the app should have a ‘warning/help’ in Freestyle telling the consumer that they have already purchased this item. I understand we are told that in the section “bought items” or the sections that recommends outfits. Maybe I am the only who ‘forgets’ items from season to season. 🙃 Anyway, I love service you provide, the clothing, and this app. 🙂🌸

I orders something and it told me I could have it for free. Now they are telling me that I had a 3 day time limit and now if I don’t return them I’ll get charged over 200 dollars something I don’t have the money for. I can barely afford my own bills. My friend told me about this app but not all of this can if someone can help me that would be helpful if not this is my review.

I used to love ordering from stitch fix. But their clothes are now all the same. Same cut, same drape, same style. I wish there was a variety of styles. The clothes are no longer flattering. They are just ordinary and cookie-cutter.
