## Stock Plan Reviews in United States

### *---- "Worst financial app"
Hard to think of an app that's worse. Very basic and frequently gets an error saying it can't connect to the server. I have several otter financial apps installed, none are this bad.
-- appologiestoyou, 2025-08-29

### **--- "Why not enable face recognition logging"
!
-- weihaoren, 2025-08-20

### **--- "Kinda works"
The app displays your stock information well enough, in a very basic way, but it has a number of issues. The biggest bug I’ve found is that if you try to do a transfer but haven’t added a brokerage account (through the website, it’s not supported on the app like a number of other features), the app gets stuck. There’s no back button, so you have to clear the app out of memory to use it again. Poor and thoughtless design, very disappointing from such a large financial firm.
-- Humanistical, 2025-08-08

### *---- "Does not work!"
Never been able to log in… EVER! Just hangs after the 2FA code.
-- INSERT.NIC.KNAM.E.HE.RE, 2025-03-26

### *---- "So bad"
The app and Morgan Stanley are awful. I am trapped using this terrible app and company because my RSUs and ISOs are handled by MS. I truly hate having this relationship with a company that does not have any consideration for the end user. There is no way this app legitimately has 4 star reviews. When logging in, I have enter password followed by authenticator code. When I switch to the authenticator app and back, MS app reverts to password prompt. STUPID STUPID STUPID workflow not tested by devs.
-- Was hopeful, 2025-01-06

### *---- "Useless"
Downloaded months ago and it’s always said it can’t connect to the server
-- holyfbatman, 2024-09-04

### **--- "Just use the website"
Half the time the app redirects you to the website anyway.
-- X-caiver, 2024-05-16

### *---- "Does not work"
Not confidence inducing for a company that handles your investments! Is anyone even reading and acting on all this awful feedback?!
-- Sklpace, 2024-05-12

### *---- "Broken"
Used to work fine. Now when clicking an account (after successfully logging in) I get “Error”. Even though I can go ew the account on the web, and even after removing and re-installing the app.
-- Curt in NYC, 2024-05-02
