Terrible App and Poor Infrastructure
It’s almost a year I have been investing with this App. I hold 7 baskets with a few lakhs of investment. The company charges hefty fee for the services, but the app or their service just don’t work. After loggin in my baskets don’t show up in the investment section. The customer care number 022-22227777, doesn’t work. I had to raise a ticket, they responded and tried to solve and assured technical team will get back. This is not isolated instance, earlier a few months back to I had to face a similar ordeal. The concept of investing is good but the infrastructure is so poor and I feel the charges I pay for their services are high and not at all worth the time and effort. However the customer care tried to sort things as much but with poor infrastructure how much can they help? In all I don’t recommend this App or the company.
Easy long term investing
It’s really easy app to use. Long term investing is very easy. The baskets are very well researched and you will be putting your money in only good quality stocks. The target of baskets is a great indication. I hope they come up with Sip to make it easy.
