I linked StockPerks to my accounts for a previous cruise. But now they make me reenter ALL my data. Plus, they compel me to link them to ALL my accounts and not just brokerage, which is the only account relevant for claiming my shareholder benefit. Phooey!

I dislike all the red tape to send my information of my 201 CCL shares. My Dec 6, 2025 cruise nor my March cruise is showing redeemed! It should acknowledge that the information HAS BEEN accepted and is pending, or something else to show each cruise is under review. In the future, if I literally buy a last minute cruise, it appears I will not get my shareholder credit. Not happy at all with StockPerks. Maybe CCL wants to make it difficult to redeem. UGH

I just signed up to redeem the Carnival stockholder benefit for an upcoming Princess cruise.  Apparently there is a new verification option using the Charles Schwab app which is linked in the signup. This path was quick and I did not have to disclose much information.  I have been using the shareholder perk for a few cruise lines for several years.  This appears to be the easiest redemption process I have experienced.

I’ve tried several times to connect to my brokerage account and still can’t get my stock ownership credits. I keep getting an OOOPS message. So far this is worthless to me!

I have tried to use this app several times to get credit for Carnival cruise lines because of stock that I own.  I upload a screenshot of my trade account but this company can never verify.  I end up going on the cruise and giving the same info to guest services to get the credit.  Worthless app.
