The app is very overpriced. To put the price into perspective, you would need just under $6,000 for the fees to be 1% of your balance. Most financial advisors charge 1%. But with stockpile you only get the ability to buy stocks, something you can do on dozens of other apps. To make it worse they make it difficult to close. Closing within the app is impossible because elf a glitch on their end. Following their instructions results in a blank screen.

This app and company is awful. ONLY can sell on the app. You can only sell at the market close price. Place an order and it sits for multiple days as pending. But yet have no problem charging their monthly fee. Garbage.

Had to transfer a custodial minor account to an individual account now that my son was 21. I had the pleasure of working with Krystal in Customer Support. What a great experience. She completed everything in an orderly and expedited manner. She even sent me a followup email to confirm the transfer was completed. Who does that nowadays? Only companies that care about good customer service.

Got a gift card for $25, went to set up an account but can’t and now unable to redeem it- put into a repetitive loop of ads- unable to make an account!!!!!

Horrible customer service, no people to talk to via phone and emails take days to respond, I have been trying to withdrawal my money for almost 2 months now and in between a lost check and taking weeks to respond I’m doubting I’ll ever see my money again! They also closed my account as soon as they said they sent a check so I am unable to access the account at all and can only communicate via email. This is on top of having some of the worst trading functionality of only placing EOD trades at prices you cannot limit, no stop losses, and ridiculous monthly fees. Horrible company I would never recommend anyone do business with them.

I invested in bitcoin back in 2017, and I tried to check my investment and found out they stole all my investment to $0 by charging $5 monthly fee years ago!

Right idea. Wrong implementation. Withdrawal fee of $75. Not very user friendly. I am surprised to see such good reviews. Not for me.

I have invested what is a considerable sum to me using stockpile; but initiated a transfer to another brokerage over 3 weeks ago. The funds/stocks have not been transferred, my account access has been restricted, and multiple emails to their support asking for status have gone completely unanswered. And there is no phone number to call. Meanwhile, I’ve been unable to sell or trade any of my positions while market is soaring post-election. Unacceptable level of customer service. Do not use stockpile!
